The Brief

Factor[e], an established impact venture builder operating across Africa, approached us to completely refresh their brand. The objective was to realign the brand with an evolving business strategy and a refined value proposition, ensuring that their external communications accurately reflected their renewed focus.

The Result

We began by rejuvenating their brand story, clearly defining their updated purpose, vision, and key brand pillars. We crafted a compelling narrative centered around "connecting the disconnected." Following this, we redesigned their logo to enhance pronunciation and broaden its appeal. We developed new brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and provided essential materials such as business cards and PowerPoint templates to guarantee a coherent brand experience at every touchpoint. Lastly, we conducted several communications workshops to help establish their new boilerplate—a concise and impactful blurb that encapsulates their compelling story.
